Clean & Collect offers expert decluttering, re-organising, and tidying services for any space in your home. 
Our goal is to simplify your life and turn your home into a space you truly love.

We can also handle rubbish removal and charity donations for an additional charge, making the entire process stress-free.

ASSESS & QUOTE

Getting started is easy—just get in touch with us by phone or using our Contact form below. We understand that getting your home/rooms/drawers in order can feel a bit overwhelming, but there’s no need to worry. This is your first step toward transforming your home and moving tasks from your to-do list to ours! 

If you're local, we can offer a free 30-minute consultation in your home to assess the time needed and to fully understand your requirements. This helps us provide a more accurate cost, with no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, we will get you booked in!

STREAMLINE

On the day of your decluttering, we’ll begin by removing all items from the space, sorting them into relevant piles, and laying them out so you can clearly see what you have. Together we'll decide what to keep (with you in complete control of course), decluttering as needed to ensure only the items you love, use, and need go back in. 

After we declutter, we will clean the space before replacing those items you decide to keep, so everything is organised in a clean environment.

We can take care of the removing as well—items for charity will be boxed up, anything for the bin will be bagged, and any items you want to sell are ready for you to do so.

Please note, there is an additional cost for rubbish disposal and for taking charity donations.

SORT & ORGANISE

Now comes the fun part—sorting! We’ll decide where everything should go, assigning each item a designated spot. We’ll use containers, baskets, and bins to keep everything neat. If needed, we’ll suggest storage items to help optimise your space. Our goal is to create systems that are easy for the whole family to maintain.

Items will be folded, lined up, and stored beautifully, so your home not only functions well but looks great too.

Once the reset is complete, you’ll have a fresh, organised space where you can enjoy more time and less stress.

Prices
£40ph

Our hourly rate is £40, with a minimum session of 2 hours. Most clients go for 4 hours, which is a good period of time to see real progress.

Depending on the level of work required, we can arrange a one-off visit or a series of regular sessions over a few weeks or months - whatever suits you.

Deposit & Payment 

£50 deposit required at time of booking.
Once a booking has been made a £50 deposit is required. Remaining payment is required at the end of the session.

Travel Expenses 

Free of charge up to 10 miles from Windsor.
Clients outside a 10 mile (driving) radius from Windsor, will need to pay 45p per mile each way (for any extra miles above the 10 mile radius). If you are outside the 10 mile radius there is also a minimum requirement of 4 hours work per session.

Cancellation Policy 

Minimum 48 hours notice period. 
Please give us as much notice as possible for cancellation or re-scheduling. The deposit of £50 will not be refunded if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
