With over 10 years of experience in weight loss, muscle building, toning, and sports-specific training, they are here to help you reach your fitness goals – all from the comfort of your own home.

However every day I’ve just tried to make healthy choices. And it doesn’t always work - there are days where I haven’t had a minute to use the toilet never mind cook dinner so we have a takeaway, but I don’t get bogged down in that and just try better the next day.

Trying to fit exercise in is perhaps even harder but on Louise’s recommendation I’m trying to aim for just 5 minutes a day and anything more is a bonus.

He put a plan together of rigorous training and a food diary which I stuck to religiously and the results were incredible! 

I’m not a natural gym bunny but Sonny motivated me to get in the gym every day (sometimes 3 x a day, something I never thought I’d do) and keep on track. I can be quite stubborn at times but Sonny found a way to get me to carry on without a forceful/shouty approach!
